Welcome to the Eric Shade Proxy system. To log in to this system, you will need your PIN and last four digits of your Social Security number. The PIN is printed in your mailed proxy packet or in the email containing your proxy material. If you have misplaced your PIN, please contact the election certifiers, Hutchings & Associates at (907) 563-2727, ext. 1.
You can submit an online proxy using this system until 5:00 p.m. (Alaska Time) on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. After this deadline, you may login and review an existing proxy that you have on record, but you will not be able to submit another proxy.
